New Payma holiday rental apartments are situated in Benidorm in Costa Blanca. The building has 55 apartments divided in three different styles and all of them for rent. The building is situated at the very heart of the Levante beach surrounded with various restaurantes and bars.

New Payma holiday apartments are located just 150 meters from the sea front. Building and its apartments are totally refurbished and redecorated. All 55 apartments are facing the south.

For clients safety each apartment has a smoke detector and fire alarm. Linen and towels are changed weekly. Reception is open for 24 hours.

NEW PAYMA -1 BEDROOM APARTMENT

They consist of one bedroom with two single beds or a double bed if requested, American style kitchen equipped for 4 people, a walk in shower and a cosy living room with sofa bed for 2 people. Each apartment has T.V, washing machine and A/C(hot/cold), all included in the price. For a little extra cost you can have a safety deposit box or a baby cot.
